When you purchase a drone or create an account, we collect comprehensive identifiers. This includes your legal name, primary and secondary contact numbers, and a verified email address. For professional FPV pilots and B2B clients, we may also collect GST details and business registration numbers to facilitate tax-compliant invoicing and commercial import procedures.
Third-Party Authentication
If you choose to sign in via Google, we collect your authentication credentials (email address, name, and profile picture) directly from Google's secure OAuth servers. This streamlined process eliminates the need for you to create a separate password for Skyrise, enhancing both convenience and security.
We do not have access to your Google password or any other private data associated with your Google account. We simply use the verified identity token provided by Google to create or access your Skyrise account.
Behavioral & Technical Data
Every interaction with the Skyrise platform generates technical logs. Our systems automatically record your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser fingerprints, and hardware specifications. This is not just for analytics; it is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
